Our return policy is simple and straightforward. If you have purchased a product directly from HoneyGear, you may return it to us for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs from the shipping provider plus an additional $3.00 USD restocking fee, as long as the product is in factory condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged.
If your purchase was made through 3rd party sellers, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refund for those items. You should contact the seller you purchased from regarding their return policy.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without our authorization which will include an official authorized RMA number from us. Other information we will require are as follows:

- Date Of Purchase
- Proof of Purchase
- Reason for Return
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where, at our own option, partial refunds or no refund at all is granted (if applicable). This may include cases where:
1. Any item returned to us is not in its original condition or else is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the form at honeygear.com/contact.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under the terms of our Limited One-Year U.S. Warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first contact us using the form at honeygear.com/contact. After you have received a case number and an authorized RMA number, we will advise you the return shipping address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a honeygear.com digital discount code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the appropriate refund or digital discount code to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
After you have received our RMA authorization, to return your product, you should mail your product to the address we have provided you.
In all cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs plus $3.00 restocking fee for returning your item. The shipping cost and $3.00 restocking fee is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and $3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your returned item, we can't offer a refund or replacement of the item.
